After i tried so many things i cant get it to work.
Im running a dedicated L4D2 server
The maxplayers variable cant be changed...
I tried: -maxplayers 8 in shortcut. Tried +maxplayers 8 in shortcut. Tried maxplayers 8 in server.cfg. tried sv_maxplayers 8 in cfg (this only changes sv_maxplayers not maxplayers)
Anyone knows about this prob?
I wanted to add reserved slots but this seems to be impossible too when working with tunngle....

Sorry, but thats not what i wanted ;;) I have this plugin allready. My problem is that I cant use reserved slots. I have an 8player coop game open and 8 players are playing. My Reserved-Slot-Plugin (h-reserved-slots atm /tried 3 plugins) says that there are 8 slots used from 32! well i dont need 32 player slots and i thought thats why ma reserved slots dont work because there are free slots available (that are not because sv_maxplayers is 8 ). I use tunngle to run my server on and i added my tunngle ip to admin-priviliges and the game accepts me as admin (i can use sm_admin Adminmenu). AND the h-reserved-slot-plugin accepts me as admin (immune to kick)... so why i cant connect to my full server????

you need to set sv_maxplayers to 9 and sv_visiblemaxplayers to 8. then you need some kind of plugin that will reject/kick players for admins to join

Tried sv_maxplayers 9 + sv_visiblemaxplayers 8. Now i get in the Steamgroups Server-Browser a 9-Player game (9/9) :( There is some incompability with it i think... Hasn't there to be a 8 Player game? ( 8/8) And i don't want 9 Players on my server, just 8 ^^. And as you can see in my post before i am using "H-Reserved-Slot"-Plugin which is a plugin that kicks players for admins to join ;) It uses metamod source + sourcemod (both latest version)

Has anyone a L4D2 dedicated server running and working reserved slots? If so please tell me how you done it
Tried with standard reserved-slots plugin from sourcemod. same problem: SteamReject: server full

I'm having a problem, i can't hear my teammate's mic in the game, all the settings in options->audio is enabled and volume is max'd
do i need to use any console commands?

and btw im using razor's release
