Because we've got over 100 000 registered users,half of them from all over the world,optimization that's why.
The spoilers was something little that Ress made in a few moments,he admitted that subSilver skin trashes the code and it looks bad.

Make it into csmania.ru's Steam.cfg and explain what to do instead of the trouble making an app+configuration :lol:

You can use Steam.cfg to configure the settings with which Steam.exe starts,you just need to know the commands.

Now instead of of making an entire new application and a configuration for it,just make Steam.cfg with all the needed commands in it
(BTW .cfg stands for configuration)

Hope Google translate can translate this properly :mrgreen:
