Well, SASiO used one for his patcher

Code: Select all | Line number On/Off | Expand/Contract
  1. BootStrapperInhibitAll=enable
It's used to disable updateting.

lmaobox mentioned that there's also a command to prevent Steam.exe from overwriting custom game files or game .dll's

As you can see,a Steam.cfg with the proper commands can fully replace this application :lol:

Bad choice of name I guess. There was a controversial crack by Kamela_Noir here years ago with the name FireSteam.

Helpful for complete newbies,otherwise useless.
And also,you present with the new name,a CMD GUI( :lol: ),folder creation,and some new features(I mean bugs)
Steam.cfg+some Software tools are enough
