[Problem] Trying to make Nightmare House 2 work without steam.

Post subject:  Trying to make Nightmare House 2 work without steam.
Can you help me with this?

First I thought on how I can make work without the .gcfs so of course I extracted the required .gcf files with this program which helps you to extract .gcf files to play games from steam for offline play.

So I extracted the files and put the NH2 (Nightmare House 2 Folder.) to the folder where MiSteamPrep extracted them and it works yay!!!
But I noticed that the whole files were about 8GB (HOLY SHIT!) so I knew that Nightmare House 2 didn't need all those files and folders then I heard about the reslist files which can tell you the files that Nightmare House 2 needs and I followed this tutorial so I made the .lst file and in the step where you run the MASM tool where you load the .lst file so it can move/copy the files and folders to the destination I wanted it to go to, I chose the folder where I extracted the .gcf in order to make it work to copy/move it to where I wanted it to move but it shows missing files so I ignored it and then copied the RevEmu and hl2.exe to the folder where I made MASM tool copy/move it to so now I made a .bat file which has this:

And then ran the game it loads on start but before it even shows the menu it crashes and it leaves a .mdmp file before it closes.

So anyone know how to solve this?
