I looked around and found some great Pro link generator sights.
Rapid8 is fantastic, you can download three files simultaneously, I got 300kBps and up, no file download limit.

Leechking is also good, download as many as you want at the same time, maximum of 10 per 24 hours. Three minutes between download starts.

Last choice on my list, unlimited downloads, 160 seconds between download starts. Gives you two servers to choose from, servers tend to drop the download before it finishes. But some have completed using their service.

Final note, along with all of the premium generator sights, don't forget to use your normal RS downloads along with everything els.

Enjoy!! Took me only two hours to get all of the files using links listed and RS basic link.

Needed to add something, the link generator sights are loaded with adds but they work. If you have firefox consider getting ABP (add block plus) or anything you think will work. I use ABP with firefox and I dont see any ads on the sights I listed. One more thing, The Black Ops links are for the steam version of Black Ops.
