i ve fps lag , i ve traied to change my configmap file and it doesnt help my system is q6600 intel core 2 quad 2.4 xfx 240gt 4 gb ram

You know, come to think of it, this isn't really a problem. I agree, your rig is great, it's definitely better than mine, but it isn't the most powerful machine in existence. Therefore, do you have a right to complain about low fps? No, you don't. Actually, why do you think it's a good idea to ask something like this here and not on Black Ops' official forum? And what exactly are you having problem with, anyway? Lag (low ping in servers) or a low number of frames per second? You should have made that clear in the first post.
Try downloading all the updates, it has been said that they improve performance.

i did update all my drivers and all the patches for the game , and yes i ve low fps , my ping is good its between 60 to 70, and i post here coz this site is very helpfull
