How do I crack GTA IV?

Post subject:  How do I crack GTA IV?
I was wondering what the best option was going retail or Steam.

And if going retail how do I crack it going 1.0.7.0. I never thought I was going to play gta iv again after selling my retail disk so I am pretty screwed now.

I made several attempt but I am harrassed with the unlock code. I am not stupid, it's just a painful game to crack for me.

If you say Steam I will find the download link on the forums myself, thanks in advance!

Crack for 1.0.4 works for 1.0.7.Just instal 7th patch and game will work again,patch didnt replace launcher.NO problem playind with original cd key that way.
I dont understand,do you have original key or not?Whats is this "unlock code" you are talking about?

Well I install the game. And then it asks me for a serial key in the activation window.

Do you know if it is possible to get all GTA IV's in one installation? I believe if you patch gta iv to 1.0.x.0 you could play eflc as well (what i remembered when I had the game legally)

EFLC is a standalone expansion and doesn't require the base game to be installed. I have EFLC (cracked) installed on my PC, but I have GTA4 on my PS3. So as I said, EFLC is different from the original game, and has it's own engine files.

I put some pirate key during install,doesnt matter...You must just put original key in GFWL when try to go online.Install key doesnt matter fot that.

@ainsley EFLC is not standalone.I mean there is 2 versions-one to buy it from LIVE and second buy it retail.REtail version is standalone.These is no cracked version of LIVE DLC download content only.

About install point is other.If you play gta4 and want to switch to episodes you must quit gta4 and start episodes and wait to load...It is quite annoying ecpecially if somebody invite you in EFLC game and you play on gta4 at that moment.But when try to load EFLC from gta4 main menu it says that i was not buy dlc contenc and open LIVE window to buyit with points.If you have buy it original throught LIVE and their are stick to your account there is no problem to have gta4 and EFLC in one install.But if you have only keys like me,there is no way to lie the LIVE system that you have EFLC.At least i dont find a way :cry:

@djjonastybe when you isntall 7th patch for gta4 it is absolutely necessary to install 2nd patch fot EFLC.Because if you dont do this there is problem with settings file.before patch settings is in one file,after patch settings are separete for gta4 and EFLC.And of course if you are not with latest patch you cannot go online ;;)

Which is actually the best GTA IV game?

I tried Mafia 2 which has nice graphics, but I don't like it being in the 40s.

GTA IV is great game but its performance is so bad compared to the graphics.

I hope once there will be a gta where you can really sit behind the will and see everything through first person. it's the kind of game I would like to play. But I am certain future will bring such games, but our generation probably will not play it.

Ahm, and how do i launch gta IV if i have a GFWL key. I can't play online with a razor crack. The Live account and achievements are fine tho, so is RGSC.

yes you have to download and install last RGSC.You should run it every time before play.

I already have RGSC, it runs fine, i actually can play "player matches", but when i try to join "ranked matches" it says " no mods allowed" i can only guess it's because of a razor crack, is there another way so i can play ranked matches?

Same to me.I search all over internet and didnt find solution...In fact you can join ranked matches,just cant create.
