I have installed Counter Strike 1.6 Build 4156 protocol 48, the problem is that when I go to the Options > Multiplayer Options > Advanced.. so there is nothing it is empty. Can anyone tell me how to recover these settings in Advanced.. without reinstalling the whole CS or patch.

How did you install this? Using Steam? A standalone? Something else?

this is the non-steam version sir I have bought it from my friend (installed). This is a Standalone.
