Hard to trust other sites apart from steam itself... http://www.steamprices.comThat website is best to get legit steam games... In some countries, some games are cheaper so I recommend this site

Yea, I think Steam006 did a Steam crack that allows any country purchase, but I am not sure if I would trust it. Valve tends to be all mean.

google for cd key stores? there are plenty, a few good ones, say no more http://www.onlinekeystore.com/ e.g. Crysis 2 and Dragon Age 2 have good prices at g2play. On onlinekeystore you already can pre-order bf3, long time, but at least you can ^^
