Post subject:  Crysis 2 crossfire flickering *FIX*
No sure how many people have been having the same problem as me with serious amounts of flickering in game when using multiple GPU's but if you are having this problem heres a simple fix!

1. Make sure you have the latest ATI catalyst application profiles installed (http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/ ... n7-64.aspx)
2. Rename crysis2.exe to rift.exe
3. Play!

It is working on sli too, but its the same as using single gpu mode, there is a huge performance increase for me only with crysis 1 profile, but its not playable because of flickering. Hoping for new sli profile

At first I renamed it to dirt2.exe which worked but really dragged down the performance so tried rift.exe which gives me the performance of both my cards and fixed the flickering, so just try changing the name around to a different game .exe that has a crossfire profile and see if it works any better for you.

This is about the Crysis leak, right?

In that case, I think I'll lock this and copy the info to the first post of the "Crysis 2 BETA LEAKED (UPDATED)" thread.

There is just a little performance increase(maybe placebo effect) for sli by renaming to rift.exe, as i said, not that like with crysis 1 profile

it wont work for SLI because the application profiles are made for ati crossfire.
