Thanks, hehe...I'm now at the sewers... And, about de ai error, what it can cause? because I put the fix (that two files) before playing, and nothing wrong happened. I hope it keep until the end. |

yes install this ai_fix first http://funracer2.fu.funpic.de/ai_fix.rar (copy this link and past this to your internt-browser) and second you must install the ai_fix frm the first page and than the hud fixed. |

I do all that you sad, but now, it takes a little time to open (because it's searching for a conection), and the bugs is still there... |

i have the same problem than shany...  i put all the patch before playing i tried all
just after the problem the console write this : Missing caption for 'k_lab.typing_short_random' Unable to remove c:\hl2\hl2\platform\config\LocalSteamAccountData.vdf! Unable to remove c:\hl2\hl2\hl2\SAVE! Saving game to SAVE\autosave.sav... Missing Close Caption Token carpet.scrape |

hmmm,did you try making these files (or all the hl2Files?) NOT readOnly? ...well maybe better let the aiFix.cfg read only.. aaahhh,what a mess.... |

damn, hl2 rules. this game is gooood. thx thal. Although I've aplyied ai fixes I still get "ai disabled" crap, entering ai disable 0 in cosole helps, thoug I tought that ai_fix.cfg will be doing this. I've also discovered that when some of npc got stuck, loading autosave helps, eg. in first level alyx didn't wanted to get in teh elevator I've jumped off the window, killed myself and autosave was loaded, now alyx didn't get stuck.
