OK people the fisrt version of my version has some bug so i uploaded Hl² again
with fixed bugs.

Only one left:
ok i arrived at black mesa east...and after that woman scans me, she takes me to the
elivator,
and when the elivator opens, she stops talking and i cant go anywhere.......whats
happening?...the elivator bottons dont work...and i cant go through any doors....someone
help...i think its a error.

There was a fix for this.Enter the elevator, quicksave (F6), quickload(F7)

FIXED BUGS:

Red AUX+Secondary ammo+Use+Car hud bug
Ai disabled bug
NPCs freeze bug

So this new patch....we have to delete save games to use it? How can we then get to the elevator part?

Just choose the chapter you ve been b4. It worked for me. But I deleted all the files in the SAVE folder after applied the patch. Hope it works for you too. :?
