I reproduced the problem on several machines by setting the date to a future date (or past, doesn't matter) - either I get the node error or (when using cfg-change) the NPC freezes... Only setting the date to the date of the save (and removing the cfg, of course) works in all cases. (Tested with AHU rls and ape fix) |

That's not the point dude, the ultimate goal is to come up with a patch to address this problem, and btw the ape client.dll will not fix the NPC issue alone, just read through the posts and you will see. Anyway, the interesting about the Nodegraph rebuild is that, on pretty much any version, the game will not stamp the save game time and it will change to the current day no matter what and in terms will set off the AI disable/nodegraph error. To use the ai_disable "0" or ai_nodegraphbuild is like putting coolant in a busted radiator, soon or later the problem will come up again. If some up get address why the save game doesn't record the correct time and correct it, then we can take care of the AI problem for good, so hopefully someone will look more into that in the future or soon |

Mayhemdred, dont you think it would be easier to let the professionals do the work and shut the fuck up? You know nothing about programming, and you are just repeating the things that they havetold you not to say, I think alot of people viewing this thread would appreaciate it if you just didnt talk here. |

This launcher really isnt sufficient. I run my main account as a limited user, which cant change the system clock... so this patch is worthless in my situation =( There has to be a better, more effective way! |
