here what i did....
FOR EMPORIO CSS-FINAL
1. updated gcf's w/ cd-key exploit, then verified files
2. extracted new source engine gcf and put files into hl2 root folder
3. extracted both new css gcf's and put hte files into css root/cstrike
4. then i took the bin folder out of emporio update #7 and put it into hl2 root folder
VOILA............playing on steam servers once again  
for DM, just update DM gcf, extract and replace the folder in your hl2 root folder
FOR VENGENCE-by fuzzlet
Vengeance Status = WORKS!
You have to copy server.dll from the new "counter-strike source shared.gcf" to the bin folder in "Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\bin" directory, else that Server uses different class tables comes up.
I also put the new client.dll in there from "counter-strike source client.gcf"
or:
Just download new GCF's and rerun the installer. It will update everything.

everyone was once a newbie...what is GCF...what does it stand for? Maybe I can figure it out if I know what is it.

my gcf sizes:
also DM was updated....just update gcf and re-extract and delete old folder and put in new one
heres also proof and version ids for new css and DM:
