ppatcher still work but the hcupa emu not
they make a windows error when you try to start any source game

Steam emu just works fine to me.I didn't reinstall the installers after the new steam update.No problem.

if you didn't reinstall the installer it works,cause you didn't extract the new files from gcf.
In theory after a steam update you have to run installer to have the files updated

If you reinstall => doesn't work
else => stil working like before...

Laeo if you after the new update don't reinstall the installer it works perfectly.
The problem is when you, after the new update, deleted hl2 folder and run the installer.
when you try to run a game it gave a windows error like this:
AppName: hl2.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: steam.dll
ModVer: 2.0.0.0 Offset: 00002285

Just re-installed windows and my steam is coppied to a different folder. How do I re-install SteamEmu shortcuts? Where do I put the hl2install folder? because all I get when I run it is the black screen poping up for a sec then goes away. Do I have to install steam again into the default location?
