i had azureus uploading at 11KB/s and i still had a ping of 10-15 in game
and thats on 10mbit down, 128kbit up (cable)

i had 5 dl's going at about 70 kb/s all together plus uploading at 20 kb/s on dsl 3.0 |

Due to steam's latest update servers get lagging a lot coz many ppl are using steams' network tp get the update... In some cases you can even get an" non-responsive" server Happened to me yesterday more than once
