Once again, just get it if you understand at least a little of ASM... blah, blah, blah....

Hey Hellboss I don't know if this is useful but I tried Remix's lil clientreg.blob program and before without starting it up I even try connecting to steam I'd get the ticket error, and ended up getting my accounts disabled. After starting Remix's program I could create an account and continue preloading CS:S.

timestamp is the last hour when steam comunicate with "steam-servers". And theses server are in US. Your time in the blob is gmt -6 i think. In europe/russia we have 6-9 hours in advance.

Sir Arthur,

A unica coisa que eu tenho medo é ter dedo-duro nesse forum e estragar o trabalho de voces.
Não seria melhor voces trocarem informacoes em segredo ?

Obrigado,

Mutley.

Sir Arthur,

The only thing i'm affraid of is being to bossy in this forum and ruining your work.
Wouldn't it be better if you guys exchanged information with eachother in secret?

hope that helps!! :D

What were to happen if you found out the timestamp change, and then set your system clock ahead by that much, and then when your ticket was renewed, you reset your system clock back to the actual time... :?

The only problem would be if the timestamp change was randomized...

I think that the ONE vital timestamp needed gets updated at the SAME time it checks it.... what a load of crap that is!

Can someone explain what happens when you try to log onto a server. How does the server know your ticket has expired. Does valve have a database that it cross references to see if the account has valid cd keys or what? Or is all the info stored on everyones own computer?
