paste it in \FIFA15\ and run it as administrator. Wait some seconds and shows a chinese message.
So you added needed keys. Open registry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Sports\FIFA 15

edit "Locale" and "GDFBinary" .

And how I'll get the installer DX 11?

I know he was with FIFA 15 but ... I removed this file :( Has anyone it can and could upload?
