Hey thanks Galil, I was already betting that there would be a patch soon.
dormine's patcher really is a blessing, isn't it? 
PS: Follow these simple rules and you won't have to worry about where to get gcf's:
1. Always preload games. If you have a limited transfer volume make sure somebody else can get it for you (friend, neighbour etc.).
2. Always use cracked clients in forced offline mode.
So you can play singleplayer games even if there was an update.
Have fun!

How do you manage to update the gcf's via a cracked steam or the official steam ?

Look for dormine's original post.
To create a patch you need the old file and the updated one.
The patcher compares the content and creates a very small file (if you consider the size of the full gcf) that contains only the updated data.
It is a very nice way for updating, in fact the best right after legit Steam! 
PS: I think Galil has his sources!

I discover anything applying this patch : when i extract the new "shadowgrounds content.gcf" with GCFScape, i can launch game with "shadowgrounds.exe" and WITHOUT steam.
Is it normal ?
It's as if Steam forgot the protection on the executable in this new version 1.04 
What do you think about this?

Hadn't had any problems here as well, nice one Galil! 
But it's true, the gcf is now 1MB smaller!

The 1 mb smaller issue is a logical thing cuz i guess that in one of their updates they've rewritten some file and simplified here and there some things ,therefore the gcf got 1 mb smaller ! I remember that one time css was reduced with about 10 megs after 1 update !
