We recommend you update your version with last patch (see links above) BUT if you are going to patch it, go to your cstrike folder :
[ex. c:\program files\valve\cstrike]
and back up this files: commandmenu.txt & liblist.gam. after aplying patch put back the files on your cstrike folder.

The full v13 link doesn't work anymore.

EDIT: It does now.

I use steam to this day. But use non steam for bot practice. Since my bots are a hell of alot more challenging and dont talk so much shit like human players its more fun to me lol
