You can set up all right at the start. + latest versions from steam (ripped on 08/27/2007) + your settings can be defined for every install by editing the files in the Data*.zip files. - 1. Extract the files.
- 2. Burn all the extracted files (data1 up to data10.zip, setup.exe, hl.ico and autorun.inf) onto a DVD or put them into any directory.
- 3. Run Setup.exe and follow the instructions.
- 4. Have fun playing!

- I'll show you to run Mods with this collection by using Natural Selection as an example:
- 1. If you download Natural Selection you'll receive an installer. Run it.
- 2. It will automatically select your steamapps\*username* direcotry.
- 3. If you install it, it will create an direcotry called half-life in your steamapps\*username* folder. It contains a folder called "ns".
- 4. This folder is the mod folder. We simply copy it into your release folder (if you used the standard directory it would be C:\program files\Half-Life).
- 5. Make a shortcut of the hl.exe in the Half-Life Collection folder and add the following parameters: -steam -game XXX
- 6. The XXX stands for the mod folder (in this case we would have to put ns instead of the XXX, because the mod folder of natural Selection is ns).
- 7. Always remember: You have to put the -steam command, otherwise the game will crash right at the startup!

- As a little summary:
- 1. Copy the mod folder into the direcotory of the Half-Life 1 Collection.
- 2. Make a shortcut of the hl.exe using the parameter: -steam -game *modfolder*
- 3. Run the mod by using the created shortcut.

I'm sorry to sound ungrateful, but has anyone else uploaded this somewhere other then RapidShare? I can't seem to download more then one file every 2 hours.

Heh, Yeah. I promise after I get it downloaded, Ill host it somewhere, at least somewhere with a bigger limit.  I'm pretty sure I have a static IP, but thanks. Last night, I went on a proxy rampage, but still, I haven't got those to work all that great either; I MAY find one thats public that isn't being used already by RapidShare recently, but it downloads even slower. I Promise, after I get it downloaded, I will reply here with another link.
EDIT: Okay, I'm sorry for the double post, but everytime I post ANYTHING, I get an error about smpt.php, saying something about the address family isn't supported, and under it it says DEBUG MODE Line 115 File:SMTP.PHP
I'm really sorry if this, too, double posts; Ill try and delete it if it does..
