I follow torrent freak and alot of times google fights against bullshit takedown bots ect,ect...they have an ace in the hole to fight against trolls and abuse BECAUSE of the amount of profit they make.

Ive seen google first hand act positively to us as humans,..not consumers. Any other company would have broke, bailed and ratted us all out to save their own ass.

Always keep in mind that google were originally just some guys like you and me listening to scotch taped cassettes wanting to do something cool with their life...Mining data is if anything more for our protection then their money agenda...they just happened to make it big and are on the spotlight. I trust them more than most, just like i trust ress here...and there are not many people ii trust.

Im sure all the personal data they scrape to sell you stuff through targeted ads is for freedom as well. The day they removed 'Don't be evil' from their code of conduct, I stopped trusting google lol

They fought against banning links to pirate bay too...i don't think its all about conforming and money...I think they see bigger things at hand,...like freedom
