About The Game
MAKE HISTORY

Win the 2017 World Championship, break every record in the fastest ever F1 cars, and race some of the most iconic F1 cars of the last 30 years. With an even deeper ten year Career, more varied gameplay in the new ‘Championships’ mode, and a host of other new features, both online and offline, F1 2017 is the most complete and thrilling F1 videogame ever.

F1 2017 gives the player unprecedented access to not only the on-track excitement of F1, but also the off-track dealings and vehicle development that goes along with it. The acclaimed career mode is updated to include additional practice programmes to help the driver hone their skills, an expanded Research and Development tree to provide greater depth and control over the development of the car, and the ability to manage engines and gearboxes over the course of the season.

Along with some stunning new locations and compelling characters to interact with, these enhancements all combine to provide the most complete experience in the world of F1 yet.

MASSIVELY EXPANDED CAREER
  • The expanded career mode allows players to make history as they hone their skills and develop their car over multiple seasons. Delve deeper than ever before into the new vehicle management features that require the player to balance resource to improve performance, keep the car reliable, and avoid punishing grid penalties.

  • Manage the six key components which each make up a modern F1 power unit and work to develop team skills such as pit stop times, Research and Development speed and new part reliability.

  • There are also new Practice Programmes to master and earn resource points from, ‘Fuel Management’ and ‘Race Pace’, and stunning new and updated career locations form the immersive back drop to the off-track negotiations. The classic cars also take centre stage in the enhanced career mode as you are invited to race them in the new ‘invitational events’.

  • Other enhancements to the career mode in the new game include the addition of female driver avatars for the first time, new helmet designs from community competition winners, the ability to change car number and helmet design during the season, and the much-requested option to assign the prestigious number 1 to your career car when you win the Driver’s Championship.

NEW CLASSIC F1 CARS
  • The game includes iconic F1 cars of the past from five historic teams – Ferrari, McLaren, Red Bull Racing, Renault and Williams, which are available to race across a variety of game modes. The classic cars are also integrated into the career mode, and can be raced in both Single Class and Multi Class Races.

  • There are also new ‘invitational events’ with a variety of exciting gameplay modes that include: Overtake, Pursuit, Checkpoint Challenge and Time Attack.

ENHANCED MULTIPLAYER
  • Players will race online with a full grid of 20 cars in either public or private sessions, with two dedicated ‘spectator’ spots added too. With improved multiplayer matchmaking, new online stats and a levelling system, and all multiplayer session types will allow the option of racing either the 2017 cars or the classic cars. The ‘Event mode’ has also been expanded to feature across all three platforms, along with a new competitive scoring system.

NEW ‘CHAMPIONSHIPS’ MODE AND NEW GAMEPLAY TYPES
  • A new ‘Championship Mode’ allows the player to experience some unique race events that follow different rules and structures from the official Championship, allowing players to experience new and varied content within a championship structure.

ALTERNATIVE TRACK LAYOUTS
  • A first for the franchise, as well as the 20 official circuits, there are four additional track variants added to the game: Britain Short, Japan Short, USA Short and Bahrain Short, whilst Monaco at Night has also been created in stunning fashion.
Tobii Eye Tracking Support:

INCREASED VISIBILITY

Firstly, we know that the ‘team mate bug’ is something that’s affecting some of your careers, so we’ve had a look at how we can mitigate it for you. (^Requires Full Game with version 1.7.)

UPDATE 1.11 CRACK
So with the Free Weekend happening on March 23-March 25, looks like Codemasters also additionally added D-free executable depot... So we got a working newest version.
https://cs.rin.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1663903#p1663903 (Special thanks go to @sam2k8, well spotted!)

UPDATE 1.13 CRACK
Spoiler
[[Please login to see this link.]]

============

DEBUG MODE

So as with the above sam2k8 crack, Debug depot files were also "accidentally" leaked for F1 2017... And now we can mess around with the game even more.
  1. Get the package from [[Please login to see this link.]] (Another special thanks to @sam2k8!)
  2. Extract the archive to the main folder of the game (so you'd have 4 exes for the game).
  3. To launch DebugOpts version, just launch the executable with do in the filename (so F1_2017_do.exe). If it gives any errors on launch, just select to ignore them.
  4. If you got into Main Menu, congrats, you got a working DebugOpts version! Now just access the EGO Console with the `/~ (tilde button, by default above the Tab on US English keyboard) and start experimenting with the game! (Tab autocompletes stuff in the console, so use this feature to find out all the commands.)

Enjoy messing with the game! There's quite a lot of available commands, some of them work in specific gamemodes, so experiment!
The only warning - I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO PLAY MULTIPLAYER IF YOU HAVE A LEGAL VERSION. If you do - it's your own responsibility for anything that happens.

USEFUL TOOLS:
Telemetry App (unofficial)
Provides a lot of information about your racing, map with AI positions, more Race Info and other various stuff. Recommended tool (personally); 2nd screen for this is also recommended. Works with Xbox and PS4 game versions too. Made in Java.
[[Please login to see this link.]] (Made by Iko Rein, so thank him!)

Ego ERP Archiver
Allows extracting files (textures, xml files, maybe some other useful files) from .erp files. Works with 2016 and 2017. One of the main tools for modding F1 2016 and F1 2017, also gets updated occasionally.
[[Please login to see this link.]] (Made by Ryder25, so thank him!)

Ego File Converter
Converts extracted files (using the tool above) to the formats supported for editing, and then reconverts them back to allow putting them back to erp archives if needed. Mandatory for .bxml/.xml (Binary XML), .pkg and .lng files.
[[Please login to see this link.]] (Made by Ryder25, so thank him!)

argHUD
Missing the official TV Style HUD in the game? Now it's (kinda) available!
[[Please login to see this link.]] (Made by Alex35zombi, so thank him!)

Let me know if you know additional useful tools for the game, like dashboards and stuff.

Tutorials
Head Tracking in F1 2017 and how to use it for free!

Made by me personally explaining how you can use the TrackIR option in the game for free, Android/WindowsPhone phone needed (sorry iPhone users :) ). Mic audio is off since I had to use the integrated laptop mic (laptop only has one port for output and I didn't have the correct splitter yet). Hopefully it will be useful.

I'll add Voice Recognition tutorial later, planning on re-doing it since my old one was aimed for F1 2015. If needed - check F1 2016 topic, I have the video added there.

Beta 1 started on 23 May. Ended on 31 May. Spent 14 hours playing that...
Beta 2 started on 13 June. Ended on 20 June. Spent 9 hours playing that...
Beta 3-4-5 started on 4 July. Ended on 15 August. Total playtime in the end - 45 hours (as reported by Steam).

We'll see. ;)
Although I don't think there would be any use of it, since last year it was pretty much "always online". Not sure about this year, since I don't have the game yet.

well... i have f1 2016... are a disastrous game... AI destroys the game

AI slow on the rain... slow when exits pit stop... crashing on you all the time... stopping with 2 cars by the same team on pit stop and another great problems not fixed and codemasters abandon this game early

definitelly i don´t buy f1 2017 without test a demo or cpy version before

So, are they basically selling the same game each year?

Like most sport videogame series, yes.
