This application is pretty useless for people new to this scene, but for others it can approve to be quite handy.
For example if you want a BLOB with only a CDR.

Hate to bump this old thread, but anybody got a fix for billing type 7?

Try pulling up sub 588.

I thought the build I have there included it... I know it's in my latest source code (I fixed it 10 months ago). In any case billing type 7 is called "Auto Grant". The latest source I have here works fine with the CDR version dated "12/4/2008 3:01:07 AM".

Yea, I compiled it from svn and it's working, ver I had (pretty sure it's the 0.5.0 from first post) spit the error out.

Was making cdr2xml barf since it was an uncaught exception, but oh wells, working nice now :D thx again.

be sure you're building for x64 and not x86.

Yeah, I modified the SVN version to use .NET's built-in decompressor a while ago. Though the officially released version still uses zlib (and it was before I realized that I need to compile it for x86 only for it to work properly).

I'll probably re-release this thing tomorrow with all the latest modifications from SVN (not much, but fixes these 64-bit issues and Steam additions). It's been a while.

This tool is really awesome tbh. It's extremely confortable to view the CDR etc. or to create a small CR.blob with just the CDR. :)

Release 0.5.1
This was originally intended to be a binary refresh release (recompiling it from my latest old source code), but I decided to make some other changes too (spent around 12 hours on it today). Here's the changelog (copied from SVN--can't remember which revision was the 0.5.0 release):
 Added new subscription billing type: AutoGrant.
 Changed ApplicationFilesystemRecord to use a Int32 instead of UInt32 for the AppId field.
 Changed ApplicationFilesystemRecord to use the application's ToString method instead of providing a weak one. (Could be improved.)
 Made some minor changes to the ContentDescriptionRecordHandlerForm (fixing bugs & providing extra feedback).
 Removed dependency on zlib library for blob decompression. (Now using internal .NET compression.)
 Made target platform x86 instead of AnyCpu. (This is so zlib will work properly on x64 systems.)
 Updated tab indexes on various forms.
 Made SkipMFPOverwrite an official boolean field in the CDR application records.
 Slightly updated German resources.
 Added Visual Studio 2008 project files.
 Updated FxCop to version 1.36.
 Various fixes suggested by FxCop.
 Major rewrite of Content Description Record form handler.
 Made Application and Subscription collections implement IDictionary<TKey,TValue> (required for above changes).
 Changed all version numbers from "0.5.0" to "0.5.1".
 Small formatting changes to various files (mostly condensing properties).
 Disabled COM generation; wasn't used by other users AFAIK and most likely had problems.

This is probably the last release in the 0.5.x series. The current code base has too many problems to be adding the "new" features that I have thought about for the future.

Please use this thread for stuff related to this tool. Do not use it to get my attention. I am aware when people send me PMs.

Warned. Read this: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=50895
If he says he does not have time or motivation to make what you want, do not bother him further.

Can you make a quick fix for the problem with new field in launch options.

The problematic AppID is 49400.
